Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process and ship your order?

We pride ourselves in processing your order same or next working day, and then depending on location, shipping can take 2-10 days. 

This takes into account we are a team of humans, working with human hands and brains! 

We will advise you ASAP if there is any variation to this timetable.

Terms & Conditions

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantee Act, Stitches In Time Ltd, Trading as Bernina Northland, offer a full exchange or money back guarantee on any products sold that are defective or not working according to the stated manufacturer specifications.  In the first instance we will work with you to rectify any faults or defects in the product, and this may include incorrect setting etc, however if this is unsuccessful then you are entitled to return the goods to us.

Please note, we do NOT offer a refund or exchange for goods where you have simply changed your mind about what you purchased or your circumstances have changed.  Once paid for, the goods “contract is final.”  Please do not ask us to take them back in these circumstances.
